people who believe that attending classes are relevant because some subject are difficult to be understand without attending classes. The purpose of attending class is to provide guideline on those particular subject, allowing students to have better understanding of a subject. Furthermore, attending class can also provide social benefit, since students are required to have a discussion with other classmates which lead to have a better understanding with each other. In addition, discussion also lead students to become more open minded, by hearing other students and teachers opinion.
On the other hand, those people who believe that attending class is not a must are lead to believe that students should focus on their subject of interest. If those subject are irrelevant for the students than they don't need to attend. Forcing students to attend class that they don't have any interest in, would lead to be overwhelming and stress which can affect their health mentally and physically. Moreover, students can gain more knowledge and experience on those particular subject of interest, where they can apply for job that are related to those major of interest. Rather than attending classes that have no relation with those interest, students can enhance their skills by applying for a job. Allowing students to be more open minded as well as enhancing social interaction between other people.
Overall some people may oppose my opinion, but I think students are not required to attend classes that they have no interest in. I think students can gain more experience on the subject of interest by using their free time to apply for a job.

Do you think that all classes should be interesting to students? What about classes that may be "relevant" such as Math but not all students may find interesting?
BalasHapusAlso, can we assume that students will know what they want to do when they attend universities? Some students do, but most do not.
I think It's important to make the class interesting, which makes students stays motivated. Every students have choice, students that shows that they have interest over the subject, shows that they have interest over their major. However, if they are not interested in certain subject, it shows that students pick a wrong major and are not base on their interest. Students who knows what they want to become can freely chose subject that they are interested. In contrast students who aren't sure over their major, they can have an introduction lesson for every subject where the purpose of introduction subject is to see which subject are interesting. Furthermore, counselor can provide guideline for students who are not sure over their major.
